We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KITTCO. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send out your exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer full refunds on all items returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
